Kampala, Uganda – After nearly a week in detention at the Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence (CMI), Karamagi Alex, popularly known as “Dog City,” has been released alongside comrades Wambi Peter from Luuka and Mwanje Ashraf from Kyadondo.
