In a recent interview on “Curiosity Made Me Ask” with Bae U Barbie, veteran actor Jide Kosoko reaffirmed his support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, stating that he has no regrets voting for him. Kosoko praised Tinubu’s efforts, saying, “He’s doing very well.”
When asked if those who voted for Tinubu should be bullied, Kosoko responded, “That’s their business. I’m entitled to my opinion. I love the man I voted for, and I know he’s doing well.”
Kosoko attributed his vote to Tinubu’s long history of contributions to nation-building, saying, “You can’t discuss this present democracy without mentioning Tinubu’s name among those who fought for it.”
The actor acknowledged the challenges of reviving a struggling economy, emphasizing that repair work takes time. Kosoko’s endorsement of Tinubu’s performance comes amidst ongoing debates about the president’s handling of the economy.
